Individual Therapy

For adults and teens

Individual therapy is a space for deep, honest work with what is happening inside. Together, we explore recurring patterns, strengthen self-worth, and build support during life crises and transitions. Couples Therapy

Focused on relationship dynamics

Couples therapy addresses the deeper roots of conflict and disconnection - where words alone no longer help. I work with infidelity and loss of trust, help rebuild closeness where it has faded, improve communication, and resolve long-standing conflict. We explore attachment patterns that shape your relationship dynamics, prepare for premarital topics, and work through intimacy-related concerns. The session space is safe and nonjudgmental for both partners.

Teen Therapy

Ages 13-17

The teen years are a time when so much is happening inside, and words are often hard to find. I create a safe space where teens can talk about anxiety and stress, challenges at school and with peers, family conflict, and feeling misunderstood. Together, we work on self-esteem and a stronger sense of identity, learn how to manage emotional instability, and build inner support. No judgment, no pressure - at a pace that works for each teen.

Coaching is not therapy. It is structured work with specific goals and practical strategies. I help you build deeper connection in relationships, improve communication with your partner or loved ones, and find better work-life balance.
